This concept resonates with me as a person who has risen through the sales ranks and also as a people manager who has seen the results in action. Articles have appeared <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alighaemi.com\/wp\/?p=1849\">here <\/a>and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alighaemi.com\/wp\/?p=620\">here <\/a>because it is something often on my mind. The book <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alighaemi.com\/wp\/?p=522\">Drive<\/a> partly dedicates itself to the same exploration.<\/p>\n<p>Getting this process 100% right and reaching perfection is like finding the pink unicorn, but the more one applies oneself into this process the better it gets.<\/p>\n<p>With that said, here is an <a href=\"https:\/\/serviceleadershipblog.com\/2016\/11\/11\/motivating-sales-reps-for-innovation-selling-in-different-cultures\/\" target=\"_blank\">article <\/a>that is original and well worth reading for those managing diverse salespersons.
