What is appropriate for the business?<\/div>\n<div>2- Objective \u2013 what is the definition of success? How will it be measured?<\/div>\n<div>3- Duration \u2013 what is the implementation and control\/cessation period?<\/div>\n<div>4- Target Market (Who Or Which?) \u2013 Includes the P\u2019s (place, price, product\/service or promotion) and cannot be \u2018everybody\u2019 as that is too broad.<\/div>\n<div>5- Branding \u2013 Includes message, byline and logo<\/div>\n<div>6- Milestones \u2013 Time measurements that determine the project\u2019s timeliness and success. Be realistic and beware of mission-creep.
