Representative accomplishments include:
- Achieved Top Division Achievement Recognition Award among 150 individuals directly selling on-premise and hosted (Cloud) products and services and achieving 115, 118 and 120% of aggressive annual quota.
- Developed and operationalized a channel sales program.
- Responsible for hiring and training a team of 11 professionals to meet quotas within assigned territories (United States) while still designing a sales training curriculum for teams (USA and Canada).
- Hired, trained and managed inside and outside channel sales & service teams to meet revenue objectives of multi-million dollars for a newly established department.
Ali has proven results in providing strategic direction, as well as ensuring solid execution throughout his employment history. He has the ability to forge strong, sustainable relationships with both internal and external business partners by leveraging all the tools in his arsenal. Ali leverages his practical experience in presentation, negotiation, closing, communication, time optimization, resource management and working with third-party partners to help realize customer goals.
Ali holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University in Montreal and subsequent complementary Management and Marketing degrees from Seneca College in Toronto. He has graduated with honours from the Canadian Professional Sales Association and actively pursues developments in the technology space.
Ali lives in Toronto, Canada. He has travelled extensively for both business and pleasure.
