Which one is a better strategy for a salesperson when interacting with a customer?

  • Be blunt, proud and forceful about being a salesperson, in the sales profession, there to sell or
  • Stop looking and sounding like a salesperson by assuming and adopting the mantra of service, consulting or advisor so customers not see you as a salesperson?
